Hot creamy spinach dip with a kick! Salsa and Monterey Jack Cheese blended to make a dip that will knock your socks off and have your friends asking for the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) jar of salsa.
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained.
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened.
1 (small) can diced black olives.
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a bowl mix together the salsa, spinach, cream cheese, jack cheese, olives and vinegar.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake pre heated oven 10 – 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with chips (I prefer Pita Chips) and enjoy!
