Easy As Pumpkin Pie Cake
This is one of my favorite recipes of all time! It is one that you would swear could not work but it does, and it's great! Just in time for parties and potlucks.
INGREDIENTS:
1- 29 OZ. CAN PUMPKIN
1- 12 OZ. CAN EVAPORATED MILK
3 EGGS
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 TSP. GINGER
1 TSP. CINNAMON
1/4 TSP. GROUND CLOVES
1/2 TSP. SALT
1 1/2 STICKS OF BUTTER
1 BOX OF YELLOW CAKE MIX
DIRECTIONS:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT CAKE MIX ) THOROUGHLY AND POUR INTO 9 X 13 CASSEROLE DISH.
SPRINKLE THE BOX OF YELLOW CAKE MIX OVER TOP OF MIXTURE. (DO NOT STIR IN)
MELT 1 1/2 CUBES BUTTER AND DRIZZLE OVER TOP OF CAKE MIX.
BAKE FOR 50 MINUTES. SERVE WITH WHIPPED CREAM. SIT BACK AND LISTEN TO THE "RAVES"!
