What a “NOVEL” idea- A KyXy Book Club! Several months ago, the Think Tank at KyXy thought, what activities are great to bring the family together, get friends and co workers talking, open conversation among newly dating couples and is inexpensive? There was a common thread-reading! It’s a great form of entertainment and it engages people of all ages with so many different interests and on different levels. Book Clubs are all about community-and so is KYXY. We took this idea to our partner, Warwick’s of La Jolla, a beautiful, independent bookstore which has been on Girard Avenue in La Jolla since 1896-and they were thinking the same thing. A beautiful marriage was created. We hope you’ll join us by participating in the forum/discussions by sharing the books you are reading individually or already a part of book clubs you currently participate in, blog with our on air personalities, give us feedback on recommended books by Warwick’s staff and suggest books to other readers you’ll “converse” with in the KyXy Book Club forum.
